栖霞山银铅锌矿高浓度浮选技术的研究与应用

摘    要:常规浓度和高浓度浮选条件下浮选药剂用量、浮选时间对浮选指标影响的试验结果表明,高浓度浮选不仅有利于银、铅、锌、硫选别指标的提高,而且大幅降低了选矿药剂的用量、缩短了浮选时间。该技术应用于工业后,银、铅、锌、硫金属(元素)回收率分别提高了9、1.84、2.53、10.95个百分点;年新增销售额2 184万元、新增利润1 638万元、新增税收546万元。该关键技术不仅成为矿山实现选矿废水零排放的重要环节,同时大幅提升了企业的经济效益,为国内同类型矿山实现清洁生产提供了理论和实践指导。

Abstract:The experimental results of the influence of flotation agents and flotation time on flotation indexes under normal concentration and high concentration flotation indicate that, The high concentration of flotation is not only beneficial to the improvement of separating index of silver, lead, zinc and sulfur, but also greatly reduces the amount of dressing agent and shorten the flotation time. The recovery rate of silver, lead, zinc and sulfur (element) was increased by 9, 1.84, 2.53 and 10.95 percentage points respectively after the technology was applied to industry. The annual sales volume was 218.4 million yuan, the new profit was 16.38 million yuan, and the new tax revenue was 5.46 million yuan. This key technology not only become important part in mining mineral processing wastewater zero emissions, but improved enterprise''s economic benefits at the same time, for the domestic same type mine to realize clean production provides the theoretical and practical guidance.
