尼尔森离心重砂有价金属分离试验研究

摘    要:河南某大型金矿生产产出的尼尔森离心重砂含铅2.56%、钨(WO3)5.13%,具有较高的综合回收价值。重砂性质分析查明:铅、钨主要以方铅矿、黑钨矿形式赋存,部分黑钨矿与黄铁矿呈复杂嵌生的关系。分离试验采用磁选—重选—浮选联合工艺依次产出高品位金精矿、低品位金精矿、铅精矿、金硫精矿、钨精矿、钨中矿,其中铅精矿含铅48.15%、含金7 255.50 g/t、铅回收率为73.22%,钨精矿含钨(WO3)60.31%、钨回收率73.60%,钨中矿含钨(WO3)14.93%、钨回收率9.11%。

Experimental study on Separation of Valuable Metals for Nelson Centrifugal Gravity Separation Concentrate

Abstract:The Nelson centrifugal concentrate of the production and output of a large gold mine in Henan province has 2.56% Pb and 5.13% of tungsten (WO3), which has a high comprehensive recovery value. The analysis of gravity concentrate found that: lead and tungsten mainly occur as galena and wolframite form a complex relationship between embedded parts of wolframite and pyrite. The combined process including magnetic separation-gravity-flotation isolutes high grade gold concentrate and low grade gold concentrate, lead concentrate and gold sulfur concentrate, tungsten concentrate and tungsten middle concentrate successively. The lead concentrate which lead concentrate containing 48.15% 7255.50g/t, gold, lead in lead concentrate recovery rate is 73.22%, tungsten concentrate containing tungsten (WO3) 60.31%, tungsten recovery rate of 73.60%, tungsten ore containing tungsten tungsten (WO3) 14.93%, the recovery rate of 9.11%.
