坐标测量机不确定度评定标准样件

摘    要:坐标测量技术可以分为 3个部分 :生产阶段、验收阶段和使用阶段。前两个阶段的技术已经比较成熟 ,第 3阶段的测量方案优化和不确定度评估技术正在发展中。坐标测量机不确定度评定标准样件可以展示坐标测量机的不确定度受测量方案的影响 ,可以验证不同用户、不同方法的不确定度评定水平。本文就其发展背景、基本原理和验证情况进行介绍。

Abstract:Coordinate measuring technique can be divided into 3 sections: for manufacture, for acceptance test and for application. The techniques for the first two sections are very developed. But the techniques for the 3rd section, measurement strategy optimization and uncertainty assessment is still in developing. GUM-Block can show the users of CMM the influences of the measurement strategy to the uncertainty. And it can be used to check the validity of uncertainty assessment by different users and different methods. This paper introduces the basic principle and the background of developing the block, and the result of block calibration comparison between NIM and NML.
