摘    要:用浸渍法制备用于甲醇气相羰基化合成醋酸的Ni-Mo/AC双组分催化剂,通过对Mo/Ni比、浸渍与干燥方法、焙烧温度、还原温度4个因素进行正交实验优化浸渍和干燥过程。结果表明:最佳的Mo/Ni量比为0.3;甲醇溶剂不利于Mo的负载,宜采用甲醇溶剂和水溶剂分步浸渍Ni、Mo;微波可以使催化剂快速干燥,提高负载效果和醋酸的选择性;最佳焙烧温度和还原温度分别为450℃和550℃。使用优化方法制备的催化剂,甲醇转化率达93.84%,羰化产物收率达62.93%。

Abstract:Ni-Mo/AC catalyst for vapor phase carbonylation of methanol to acetic acid was prepared by impregnation method.Orthogonal experimental method was used to investigate the effect of ratio of Mo/Ni,impregnation and drying methods,calcination and reduction temperature,and pressure.The results showed that the optimum Mo/Ni molar ratio was 0.3;using methanol as solvent was unfavorable to Mo loading to the catalyst,and it was better to use a two step impregnation method,firstly loading Ni using methanol as solvent,then loading Mo using water as solvent;micro wave dry of catalyst could speed drying process,while improve the effect of loading of Ni and Mo and the selectivity to acetic acid;the optimized calcination temperature and reduction temperature were 450℃ and 550℃,respectively.Methanol conversion and yield of carbonylation product were 93.84% and 62.93%,respectively,over the catalyst prepared on the optimized preparation and pretreatment conditions.
