| 摘 要： | 激烈竞争的就业环境、大学生就业目标的实现、就业工作的内在本质要求高校实现就业工作“全员化”。大学生就业工作“全员化”具有广泛性、全面性、连续性、针对性、实效性的特点。高校要以学校“一把手工程”为龙头，以学院自主开展就业工作为关键，以发挥教师的作用为基础，构建学校、学院和教师“三位一体、全员参与”的毕业生就业工作模式。
