| 摘 要： | 本文结合我校化学工程与工艺专业人才培养目标与专业实际情况，探讨了通过工程理论教学、实验教学和实践教学三大关键环节，提高学生工程实践能力的培养体系构建，简介了培养学生工程实践能力的一些具体措施与效果。

| Abstract: | The paper mainly introduces the measures taken in constructing the cultivation system in training students＇ practical ability in Chemical Engineering and Technology Specialty. How to perform the three teaching aspects： theory, experiment and practice, is fully expouneded in the paper. The result of the performance is encouraging and fruitful. |
