基于Pro/E的齿轮机构优化设计与运动仿真

摘    要:分析了传统齿轮设计方法中存在的不足,研究了在Pro/E软件环境中的直齿轮参数化和系列化设计的方法,指出了当直齿轮参数在合理取值范围变化时,可以动态地进行直齿轮的快速设计并对所设计结果进行验证,最后对虚拟装配后的齿轮机构进行了运动仿真分析。

Abstract:Analyzed the shortage of the traditional design method for gear.Studied the parameterized and serialized method for designing straight gear in Pro/E software environment.Pointed out that someone can take a rapid design dynamically for the straight gear's and validate its results when the straight gear's parameters change within a reasonable range.Simulated the motion of the gear mechanism after the virtual assembly finally.
