摘    要:提出了一种基于本体技术和云模型的电能质量信息状态监测平台的搭建方法。首先计算每天监测数据的统计特征值,构建电能质量信息状态监测检索本体;然后根据各种检索条件组合关系在检索本体的指导下检索出每天样本的均值和方差,从而计算出总体样本的均值和方差,并根据总体样本建立电能质量各项指标的云模型;最后采用云模型的统计规律来判断电能质量信息状态监测的结果,实现了电能质量信息状态诊断和实时监测的功能。详细介绍了电能质量状态信息检索本体建立的关键步骤、电能质量指标云模型建立方法、利用云模型判断电能质量信息状态的方法。实例分析表明了该平台的有效性,具有一定工程实用价值。

Abstract:A construction method based on ontology technology and cloud mode for an information condition monitoring platform of power quality is proposed. Firstly, the statistical characteristic value of daily monitoring data is calculated, the information condition monitoring retrieval ontology of power quality is set up. Then, the every-day sample mean and variance is retrieved in the guidance of retrieval ontology according to the different combination of the retrieval conditions, and in line with the total sample, the cloud mode of the indicators for power quality is established. Finally, adopting the statistical law of cloud mode to estimate the condition monitoring result of power quality realizes the function of information state diagnosis and real-time monitoring for power quality. The critical construction process of the information condition monitoring retrieval ontology of power quality, the establishment method for index cloud mode of power quality and the method to estimate the information state of power quality utilizing cloud mode are introduced in detail. The availability of this platform is indicated by instance analysis, which is of certain engineering practical value.
