城市电网规划中矛盾问题的可拓分析与转换

摘    要:为了解决城市电网规划中纷繁多变的矛盾问题,将可拓学理论与城市电网规划理论相结合,通过分析城市电网规划中存在的矛盾问题及其可拓性,初步构建了城市电网规划矛盾问题的可拓模型,得到了可拓学解决城市电网规划矛盾问题的求解流程和框架,并以高负荷密度与电力设施用地的矛盾问题为例,采用可拓菱形思维模式形式化地说明了可拓模型用于解决矛盾问题的方法与思路,在丰富电网规划理论及可拓理论应用方面做出了尝试。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of numerous and complicated contradictions in urban power grid planning, this article combined extenics theory with urban power grid planning theory. By analyzing the extensibility of contradictory problems in urban power grid planning, this paper preliminary acquired the solving process and framework of urban power grid planning contradictory problem by using Extenics theory. Moreover, taking a contradictory problem between high load density and power facilities as an example, this article using the extension rhombus thinking mode formally described the process of solving problems by extension model. Thus, it makes an attempt at enriching power system theory, as well as the application of extension engineering.
