1982～2000年上海市郊区社会空间结构及其演化

改革开放以来,随着社会体制的转型,上海市郊区的社会空间结构经历了一系列复杂而深刻的变化;在社会经济、人口分布和建成环境等方面呈现出不断分异和重组的态势.以上海市郊区社会空间结构作为研究对象,利用1982年三普数据和2000年五普数据,通过因子生态分析和社会区分析方法,对1982年、2000年的社会空间结构和1982～2000年社会空间演化进行了研究,进而归纳出改革开放20年来上海市郊区的社会空间演化模式.研究结果表明,1982～2000年上海市郊区的社会空间演化主要表现在空间模式、发展方向和社会分异三个方面.与此同时,上海市郊区的社会空间结构已由计划经济时期以扇形为主要特征的简单模式,演变为社会转型时期以多核、圈层为主要特征的复杂模式.

TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIAL SPACE STRUCTURE IN THE SUBURBAN AREAS OF SHANGHAI FROM 1980 TO 2000

Since the reform and opening, and with the transformation of socio-economic system, social spatial structure in the suburban areas of Shanghai has witnessed a series of profound changes, resulting in the trends of restructuring and increasing differentiation in socio-economic composition, population distribution and the built environment. Based on the censuses data of 1982 and 2000, and using factor analysis and social area analysis, the paper presents the social spatial transformation in the suburban areas of Shanghai during recent twenty years, through the examination on the social spatial structure both in 1982 and in 2000, and consequently the social spatial transformation from 1982 to 2000. According to the main findings, the social spatial transformation in Shanghai's suburban areas during 1982-2000 is indicated mainly in the spatial pattern, development direction and social division with the social transformation since the reform as the main driving forces. The social spatial structure in Shanghai's suburban areas has transformed from simple composition of the sartorial pattern under the planned-economy to complicated composition of the multi-core and concentric-zone pattern in transitional period.
