摘 要: | 采用图形化编程工具LabVIEW和CompactRIQ嵌入式平台,设计了往复式压缩机曲轴箱在线监测与故障诊断系统。实现了四通道振动信号的同步采集;通过在线监测以及运用小波变换结合AR谱对振动信号进行分析,判断故障原因,有效避免恶性事故的发生。

Abstract: | Using of graphical programming tools LabVlEW and embedded platform CompactRIO,this paper design a online monitoring and fault diagnosis system for the reciprocating compressor crankcase based on CompactRIO.The system achieves a four-channel simultaneous vibration signal collection;through online monitoring and the use of Wavelet Transform and AR spectral analysis of vibration signals to determine the cause of the malfunction,effectively prevent fatal accidents. |
