高铟高铁锌精矿氧压浸出新工艺研究

摘    要:在95~105℃、0.4 MPa氧压及液固比3.0~5.0条件下,氧化酸浸高铟高铁锌精矿2~3 h,吨矿氧耗100 m3,铟及锌的浸出率均达95%以上,元素硫产率达80%。

Abstract:Under the leaching temperature 95~105℃,O2 pressure 0.4 MPa and the ratio of liquid to solid(3~5)∶1,zinc concentrate containing high content of In and Fe was leached.The leaching recovery of In,Zn more than 95% and the elemental sulfur recovery of 80% were obtained,and the leaching time was 2~3 h,the consumption of O2 was 100 m3 per ton concentrate.
