摘    要:讨论了原料油性质及反应操作条件对催化裂化汽油诱导期的影响,催化裂化汽油诱导期取决于汽油中的二烯烃、α-烯烃和环烯烃的含量。此外,反应温度、平衡催化剂活性、原料油重金属含量、反应停留时间和剂油比对汽油诱导期均有不同程度的影响,提出了延长催化裂化汽油诱导期的一些改进措施。

Abstract:The influences of feedstock property and reaction operating conditions on the induction period of FCC gasoline were discussed. The induction period of FCC gasoline depends on the contents of dienes, alpha-olefines and cycloalkene in gasoline. In addition, the reaction temperature, the activity of equilibrium catalyst, heavy metal content in feedstock, residence time of reaction as well as catalyst/oil ratio have different influences on the gasoline induction period. Improvement measures were also proposed.
