| 摘 要： | 在分析大坝安全监测自动化工程特点和受招标影响因素的基础上。全面比较了大坝安全监测自动化工程招标的标底法和无标底法，在此基础上。得出了只有利用分项打分、综合决标的无标底法才能适合大坝安全监测自动化工程的具体情况的结论。

| Abstract: | According to analysis on characteristics of dam safety monitoring automation and factors influencing bidding , bid base method is compared with non bid base method for bidding of dam safety monitoring automation . It is concluded that non bid base method is the best way to bidding of dam safety monitoring automation . |
