基于模糊理论的装备质量监督评价

摘    要:基于模糊理论的装备质量监督评价体系,以单位、军事代表室为质量监督主体.先从目标层、准则层、指标层三方面确定评价指标,再以Delphi法对各个指标进行加权.其装备质量监督评价指标以定性指标为主,对装备质量监督工作进行评价前,需定义评价向量,再通过指标隶属度向量构造隶属度矩阵,最后求解评价值.

Abstract:The equipment quality surveillance and evaluation system is based on fuzzy theory. The unit and military delegate room are the main body for quality surveillance. Target layer, rule layer, and index layer confirmed the evaluation index; then, the Delphi method was adopted to weight every index. The equipment quality surveillance and evaluation indexes are mainly characterized indexes. Before evaluation, the evaluation vectors are defined, then the membership degree matrix is constructed through index membership degree. At last, the evaluation values are solved.
