扁平电缆装配工艺设计技术与应用

摘    要:针对电子学系统小型化、高可靠性要求,采用扁平电缆传输高压脉冲大电流.介绍了扁平电缆和DG型插头的装配工艺、控制点.为了提高效率,保证扁平电缆剪形的一致性,设计了扁平电缆剪形模具,提出了设计要点.采用镀金扁平电缆,进行了工艺试验,结果满足要求,并通过生产的实际验证.工艺稳定性较好,产品合格率较高.
