水资源智能视频监控系统设计

摘    要:水资源管理对象的远程视频监控对于水资源管理具有重要意义。针对当前对水资源管理对象的实际监控情况,结合图像视频处理最新技术,设计水资源智能视频监控系统。系统由前端和中心2部分组成,两者通过3G网络进行通信,前端部分进行视频图像的采集、存储、转发和智能分析,中心部分接收前端传回的分析数据、视频图像,以及完成视频图像的存储,能够查看前端实时视频图像并完成对多个前端的管理。实际运行情况表明,系统能够稳定地对水资源管理对象进行长时间的监控,能够较准确地获取水资源管理对象的实时水文水资源等关键信息,在水利业务管理与科学决策等方面具有较大的应用价值。

Design of Intelligent Water Video Surveillance System

Abstract:The video surveillance of water scenes has an important influence on the management of water resources. An intelligent water video surveillance system is proposed in this paper .This system is consisted of two parts, the front part and the center part. 3G network is used between the two parts for communication. Video capture, storage, forwarding and analysis are finished by the front part. The center part receives the analysis data and the video from the front part and store them, also this part makes it possible to view the real-time video of the water scenes and finish the management of the various front parts.The result of a long-time running shows that this system can monitor water scenes stably for a long time,also,it can get the key information about hydrology and water resources of those water scenes accurately,in the end,this system has a great value in the management and scientific decision-making of water resources.
