摘    要:描述了一个基于光切原理的多CCD脚型三维测量系统,介绍了系统的测量原理以及扫功控制系统的设计。该系统采用三台CCD从不同角度采样脚型,对光带图像进行分割、平滑等一系列处理,通过坐标变换后获得了脚型完整断面轮廓数据。采用标准圆柱体对系统进行了性能测试,测量误差小于0.5%,实验结果表明该系统具有良好的实用性。

Abstract:A 3D measuring system with multi-CCD based on light section principle is described. The measuring principle of the system and the design of the scanning control system are presented. The system samples foot type from the different angles with 3 CCDs. A series of processing such as segmenting light band and smoothing, etc. have been carried out and an integrated section profile data for foot type have been obtained through coordinate conversion. The system performance testing has been carried out with the standard cylinder and the measuring error is less than 0.5%. The experimental results show that the system has good practical applicability.
