超临界机组汽温控制中减温水联控方式的研究与实现

摘    要:汽温调节控制系统是超临界直流炉的主要控制系统之一,不同于亚临界汽包炉,其汽温控制系统主要依靠煤水配比来完成,各级喷水作为动态修正使用,所以保持各种状态下的煤水配比和减温水调节余量是汽温控制的关键。然而在某些工况下容易出现某一级减温水开足或关死,失去减温水的动态修正调节能力的情况。因此考虑完善减温水的控制方式,利用减温水联控模式实现减温水的余量控制。详细介绍了某国产600MW超临界机组减温水联控模式的设计原理、实现过程和实施效果。

Abstract:Steam temperature controlling system is one of the main control system for super-critical once-through boiler, which is different from subcritical drum boiler, its steam temperature controlled by the proper proportion between oil and feed water, attemperating water works as dynamic adjusting, so keep the proper proportion and the attemperating water allowance are key factor to steam controlling.But in some cases, the attemperating water will not work, thus it can't adjust the steam temperature.So a perfect ...
