超精密加工技术的发展状况

摘    要:根据当前国内外超精密加工机床的发展状况,分析了影响超精密机床加工精度的各种因素,简要地介绍了温度、振动、洁净度等加工环境因素对超精密加工精度的影响,以及提高超精密加工精度应采取的措施。

Abstract:Based on the consultation of a great deal of domestic and overseas latest data, the development of ultra precision machine, the influence of processing environment factor like temperature, vibration, clean degree and so on to the ultra machining accuracy, as well as the measure to effectively improve it, are briefly introduced.
