平面图像里重叠微小气泡的分离及测量

摘    要:目前,较准确地测量高密度、微米量级的微小气泡的方法为图像处理法,即利用CCD摄像机对其摄像来进行气泡测量。但在所获得平面图像里有部分气泡重叠,这会带来较大的测量误差。根据1台隔行CCD摄像机所摄得的平面图像里重叠气泡中各气泡像大多各自位于奇数扫描线和偶数扫描线上这一特征,分别对奇数和偶数扫描线上进行处理来分离重叠气泡,然后对同一物像进行识别和以物像的可见灰度像素对不可见像索进行校正来计算气泡的特征值,通过测量证明效果显著。

Abstract:Until the present,more accurate measuring method is image processing for micro-bubbles of higher number-density and micron degree.It is an economical and convenient method that micro-bubble images are obtained by a CCD camera.But part of bubble images is often overlap in the plane images,this makes great measuring error.Therefore,according to the characteristic that every one in an overlapped bubble image is on odd or even number scanning lines independently,the overlapped bubbles can be separated by processing respectively.Then the same object image is distinguished and invisible pixels are corrected by visible pixels to define the characteristic parameters of the overlapped bubbles.The measuring results show the method is good.
