7050铝合金板材深冷处理时温度场的数值模拟

摘    要:基于实验测定的7050铝合金试件深冷处理的中心温度曲线,运用反传热法计算了试件深冷处理时的表面换热系数;应用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算了7050铝合金深冷处理时的温度场。研究表明7050铝合金深冷处理时的温度场与传热是非线性的,中心温度曲线的计算结果和实验结果比较吻合。

Abstract:Based on the center-temperature curves of the 7050 aluminum alloy specimen recorded during its cryogenic treatment, surface heat transfer coefficient of specimen during its cryogenic treatment is solved by means of inverse heat conduction method. Temperature field of 7050 aluminum alloy during its cryogenic treatment is calculated with ANSYS program .The obtained center-temperature curve are compared with experimental ones with a good agreement between them. The results also show that temperature field and the heat-transfer are non-linear.
