摘 要: | 针对光华化工集团现有的水泵运行可靠性差、自动化程度不高、能源消耗高等现状,改进了一套由可编程序控制器、变频器、压力传感器、计算机等主要设备构成的自动变频调速稳压供水系统。通过改变水泵性能曲线来实现水泵的流量调节,实现了恒压供水,提高了水泵的运行效率,取得了很好的节能效果。

Abstract: | Aiming at the low reliability and high energy consumption in Guanghua Chemical Groups pump opera- tion system, it proposes an improved automatic frequency set with a programmable logic controller, PLC, invert- er, pressure sensors, computers and other equipment governor stability. This pressure of the water supply system is stable. Adjusting the pump flow, it changes the pump performance curve, realizes the constant pressure water supply. It improves the operating efficiency of the pump to obtain a good energy saving effect. |
