| 摘 要： | 与饮食思想与哲理的理论性研究相比,其应用型研究非常欠缺,这与食育文化建设的实践很不协调。文章分析了古代饮食思想与哲理的内涵,从食育的角度对古代饮食思想与哲理的运用进行了思考,并提出了应用时需注意的问题。
