黄磷电炉复合炉料比电阻的研究

摘    要:用有机粘结剂成型黄磷电炉原料制备复合炉料的试验研究表明,复合炉料的常温和高温比电阻比块状炉料大,电炉冶炼时有利于电极深插,稳定生产过程。在3000kVA黄磷电炉上配加60%复合炉料进行生产实践,取得单位电耗下降15.5%、产量增加8.6%的显著效果。

Abstract:The experiment on producing a composite burden by briquetting phosphorus raw materials using organic compounds shows that the resistivity of the composite burden is higher than that of traditional lump burdens at normal and high temperature.It is helpful for deep insertion of electrode and stabilization of production process during the smelting.Significant results obtained from the practical smelting in a 3000kVA electric furnace charged with 60% the composite burden indicated that electricity consumption was reduced by 15.5% and the output increased by 8.6%.
