轮胎智能物流自动化系统的设计与应用

摘    要:根据轮胎行业特点,分析当前轮胎企业生产中物流输送特点,结合传统物流运输的不足,介绍轮胎生产中炼胶车间、压延车间、成型车间和硫化车间中采用AGV、立体库、EMS、滚子链等多种输送形式实现轮胎自动化物流方案。利用MES信息控制系统实现物流能力规划、信息交互集成、库位分配设计将生产与管理结合起来。结合轮胎行业的体系结构、功能架构分析自动化物流系统给轮胎生产企业带来的效益。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of the tire industry, the current characteristics of tire production enterprises in the logistics transportation has been analyzed. According to the inadequacy of the traditional logistics and transport, the production of tire rubber mixing plant, rolling workshop, molding workshop and vulcanizing workshop were introduced with the help of AGV, three-dimensional storehouse, EMS, roller chain convey and other various forms of tire automatic logistics solutions. The logistics capacity planning, information exchange and integration, and the combination of the design of the library and the production and management were realized through using MES information control system. The benefit of the tire production enterprises was analyzed by using the automatic logistics system, according to the system structure and function framework of the tire industry.
