弹药发射安全性试验方法进展

为解决因发射环境恶劣而导致膛炸、早炸和解体等发射安全性问题,提出一种弹药发射安全性试验方法。基于武器系统发射动力学规律和多体系统动力学的研究成果,从武器系统的角度阐述了火炮膛炸、早炸、解体的机理,提出了弹药发射安全性评估理论和试验方法。试验结果证明:该方法解决了多项武器系统发射安全性问题,为建立弹药发射安全性试验标准提供关键技术和手段,为提高弹药发射安全性试验水平提供了新途径。

Advances in Test Method of Launch Safety of Ammunition

In order to solve the launch safety problems of bore burst, early burst and disassembly because of the bad launch environment, the test method of launch safety of ammunition are developed. Based on the results of launch dynamics law of weapon system and multi-body dynamics, the mechanism of bore burst, early burst and disassembly was expatiated. The evaluation theory and test method of launch safety of ammunition were introduced. The test results show that many launch safety problems have been solved by using this method. The key technology and means for establishing the test standard of launch safety of ammunition, and the new way to improve the test level of launch safety of ammunition are provided.
