摘    要:对分类垃圾桶底座热流道注射模与普通流道注射模进行了比较,并对热流道系统设计过程进行了分析,对其计算和结构进行了探讨。模具采用了热流道浇注系统后成本有所提高,但模具由三板式结构改为两板式结构,还能够实现自动化生产,无浇注系统凝料,材料利用率由91.94%提高到100%,节约了原材料,塑件质量提高,成型生产稳定,成型周期缩短,生产效率提高,对于大批量生产,总生产成本有所下降。

Abstract:Comparison and contrast were made between a hot runner injection mould and an ordinary sprue runner injection mould for sortable garbage bin base used indoors.The design process of a hot runner system was analyzed,and the calculation and structure were discussed.The application of hot runner system costs a little more for a single mould manufacturing,but the mould structure is simplified;and the automatic operation is achieved;the stock utilization is raised from 91.94% to 100% due to no waste materials in runner system.As for the shortening of operating cycle and for the advantages mentioned above,the total production cost is practically lowered in production in enormous quantities.
