| 摘 要： | 针对以油田稳定轻烃为原料生产父了改进,改造方案由"双塔流程改三塔流程"及"加氢精制流程"2部分组成.新工艺提高了6#溶剂油中正己烷的含量及其与芳烃的分离精度,经过加氢精制的高标6#溶剂油中芳烃质量分数降至0.005%以下.介绍了新工艺的创新点,并对技术改进后的经济效益进行了相应分析.

| Abstract: | Based on the problems existing in the traditional production process of high quality solvent oil 6~# from stable light hydrocarbon in oil fields,the modification is carried out,which includes 2 parts,i.e. changing the process from 2 rectifying towers into 3 towers with the hydrofining process of aromatics added in solvent oil 6~#.The content of hexane in solvent oil 6~# and the separation precision are improved,and the mass fraction of aromatics in hydrofined solvent oil 6~# is decreased below 0.005%.The innovative characteristics of the new process were introduced,and the economic results was also analyzed. |
