| Abstract: | Mechanical seal is the key component of pump device.In practical application,the proportion of maintenance and repair caused by mechanical seal failure may occupy more than 50 percent of the total.This paper summarized several typical faulty condition of the mechanical seal,by deeply analyzing the failure causes,some improvement suggestions was put forward to prolong it's service life. |
