自密实混凝土梁力正截面受弯性能试验研究

摘    要:自密实混凝土是一种新型高性能混凝土材料,其在自重作用下无需振捣即能密实成型。主要用于钢筋密集,结构复杂难于振捣的部位。目前自密实混凝土的研究主要是自密实混凝土的配制、工作性能检测等材料性能方面,而对于自密实混凝土结构构件的研究较少。为此本文开展七根试验梁的研究,通过与普通混凝土的对比,建立了自密实混凝土梁的刚度、裂缝计算公式,给出了正截面承载力计算方法,为完善自密实混凝土设计理论提供依据。

Abstract:Five self-compacting concrete beams and two corresponding normal concrete beams are made to study the bearing properties of self - compacting concrete flexural members. And experimental analyses are conducted on their cracking loads, utmost loads, average strain in different height on section, rigidness, and crack. And on the basis of self-compacting concrete members this article obtain the rigidity formula of SCC, the crack formula of SCC and ultimate height of compression strain and the method of calculating bearing capacity. These conclusions will provide references for designing flexural members of SCC.
