动平衡机对异方位轴进行动平衡的方法研究

摘    要:已知目标轴在动平衡机的测量坐标系中的方位的情况下,利用物体质量特性的基本原理和立式动平衡机原理可以直接对目标轴进行动平衡,进而取代坐标转换设备,简化动平衡工序,提高动平衡工作效率.通过动力学推导得到向目标轴配平两配平面所需配平量与当前不平衡量的差值,完成向目标轴的动平衡.仿真结果表明该方法是正确可行的.

Abstract:As the target axis of the object and the dynamic balancing machine shaft do not coincide, it is normally a complex coordinate transformation equipment to make the coincidence of the two. When the known target axis in the dynamic balancing machine axis coordinate system of measurement in the orientation, to use the basic principles of quality characteristics of objects and the principle of vertical dynamic balancing machine directly to the target axis dynamic balance, so as to realize to replace the coordinate conversion equipment, simplify the dynamic balance of the process, the purpose of improving the efficiency of dynamic balance. Dynamics to balancing the target axis was derived by balancing two-axis plane with the amount needed to trim the difference with the current unbalance, thereby completing the balance of the target axis. Simulation results show that this method is correct and feasible.
