方钢管混凝土中钢管屈曲承载力的理论分析与试验研究

摘    要:本文对24根空钢管和钢管填充混凝土后钢管的力学性能进行了试验研究,试验时主要变化参数为截面宽厚比,在50-125之间变化。试验结果表明:钢管内部填充混凝土后改变了钢管的屈曲模式,明显提高钢管了的屈曲承载力,承载力的提高幅度随着截面宽厚比的增加而增大。同时采用有限元方法分析了空钢管及钢管混凝土中钢板的力学性能,理论分析结果和试验结果进行对比,验证了理论分析的正确性。在此基础上验证了钢管混凝土中钢板的屈曲承载力计算公式。

Abstract:In this paper, the main research is to study the behavior of bare steel tube and steel tube filled with concrete subjected to axial load. A total of 24 specimens were tested. The main parameter is breadth-to-thickness ratio, which varies from 50 to 125. The experimental results showed that the concrete in the steel tube can increase the buckling bearing capacity evidently with the increase of breadth-to-thickness ratio. At the same time, the behavior of hollow steel tube and steel tube filled with concrete are analyzed. The theoretical results are compared with the experimental results, and they agreed well with each other. The relationship between buckling bearing capacity and large breadth-to-thickness ratio is also given, which can be used in composite structures to consider the decrease of bearing capacity caused by local buckling.
