摘    要:车用吸附存储天然气脱附过程产生的吸热效应,严重影响天然气脱附效率及汽车行驶速度.采用发动机冷却水来加热储气罐,并通过建立该脱附过程的数值模型,模拟计算了脱附过程中温度、压力、脱附量等参数的变化,论证了发动机冷却水用于补充脱附过程所需热量的可行性.结果表明:在脱附放气过程中,用发动机冷却水加热储罐壁面,可以提高储罐的平均...

Abstract:The main difficulty of natural gas vehicle tank is heating absorption in desorption process, which seriously affects the gas desorption efficiency and vehicle speed. As a result, the key to popularize adsorbed natural gas vehicle is how to supply the required energy in desorption process. In this paper, the author established the mathematical model in desorption process of heating natural gas vehicle tank by engine cooling water. Desorption processes are calculated within the storage tank temperature, pressure and adsorption amount of change through numerical simulation. It was proved that the average temperature and temperature field of the tank could be improved and desorption amount of natural gas could be increased using the engine cooling water to heat tank wall in the desorption process. Appropriate increase diameter of internal cooling pipe and the thermal conductivity of adsorbent could increase the desorption amount of tank. Desorption performance of the tank can be improved using the engine cooling water heating natural gas vehicle tank, which provides technical support for practical applications of adsorbed natural gas vehicle.
