S-EED对聚酰胺6纤维热性能的影响

摘    要:主要研究了N,N-二(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)-1,3-苯二酰胺(S-EED)对聚酰胺6(PA6)纤维热性能的影响,通过热重分析和差示扫描分析对S-EED及S-EED与PA6纤维的热性能进行了研究,发现SEED的起始分解温度为320.4℃;加入S-EED后可以使PA6纤维的结晶度提高;随着S-EED含量的增加,PA6纤维的热稳定性降低。

Abstract:The influence of 1,3-benzenedicarboxamide, N,N'-bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)(S-EED) on the thermal property of polyamide 6(PA6) fibers was researched. The thermal property of S-EEDand S-EED/PA6 fibers was characterized by thermo-gravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorim-etry. Results showed that the onset decomposition temperature of S-EED was 320.4 ℃; the crystallinity ofPA6 fibers was improved by adding S-EED; the thermal stability of PA6 fibers was decreased with increas-ing the content of S-EED.
