低烟无卤阻燃MDPE/EPDM共混物的研究

摘    要:以中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)及三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作为共混物主体,以氢氧化铝为主阻燃剂,并加入硫化剂,研究了共混物的力学性能和阻燃性能。着重讨论了硫化体系对共混物力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:通过选用适当的硫化阻燃体系,MDPE/EPDM共混物的性能较佳,可以达到无卤阻燃电缆料的力学性能和阻燃性能要求。

Abstract:Blend was made of MDPE and EPDM as the matrix, aluminium hydroxide as the major flame-retard-ant, and added the curing agents. Study the mechanical properties and flame-retardant properties of the blend. Investigation was focused on the effect of curing system on the mechanical properties of the blend. The experimental results showed that the MDPE/EPDM blend's properties is good by selecting the appropriate curing-flame-retardant system , and attain the mechanical properties and flame-retardant properties of non-halogen flame-retardant cable blend.
