基于ATMEGA8的臭氧发生器智能电源的研制

摘    要:本文介绍了一种以单片机系统为核心,并应用现代电力电子技术的臭氧发生器智能电源。设计用IPM构成全桥逆变电路,采用脉宽调制(PWM)技术,可手动调节或自动跟踪输出交流的频率和占空比,同时通过LCD显示当前频率和占空比。

Abstract:An intelligent power supply based on MCU system is introduced in this paper,and modem power electrics technology is applied. IPM is used to compose inverter circuit, and PWM technology is used to drive the IGBTs integrated in the IPM. The frequency and duty of the output AC can be adjusted manually Cor by auto tracking,and can be displayed synchronously on the LCD.
