对燃气管道安全置换技术的探讨

摘    要:安全可靠、技术经济合理地置换燃气管道对置换技术提出了高要求。按管道置换的类型,其置换的方法通常有直接置换与使用惰性气体的间接置换。置换的关键技术是控制管道的压力、进气的流速以及放散点的设置。对大口径管道的置换应控制置换气体的注入方式与注入角度以减少混溶段,而长距离的管道则可以设置惰性气体阻隔段来进行。实施前要制定合理的置换方案,才能有效地控制置换成本。

Abstract:It brings forward high request how to make gas pipeline conversion on the safe side and economy. According to types of gas pipeline conversion technology, it usually has direct conversion and indirect conversion of using inert gases. Its key-technology is controlling the pressure of pipeline, velocity of gas intake flow and the gas escape point. Large-diameter pipeline replacement should control gas substitute infusing fashion and angle in order to reduce blend segment. Long-distance pipeline can set inert gases obstruct segment. With the purpose of effectively controlling the conversion cost, it should institute reasonable conversion project before putting in practice.
