高真空两级分离聚氨酯固化剂中游离TDI的研究

摘    要:采取高真空两级蒸馏分离聚氨酯固化剂中的游离TDI,在MD-S80内冷式薄膜蒸发器设备上通过调整真空度和温度,将游离TDI单体降低到0.28%以下,考察了影响分离的主要因素,达到用内冷式薄膜蒸发器分离TDI的目的。得到的TDI加成物和三级蒸馏相比,工艺简单,设备投资小,说明内冷式薄膜蒸发器设备采用两级分离聚氨酯预聚物中的TDI是可行的。

Abstract:The free TDI in polyisocyanate is separated by use of high-vacuum distillation process. The free TDI has been reduced down to 0.28% by using the Md-S80 inner-cooled thin film evaporator at a certain vacuum and temperature. The main influencing factors on separation are discussed for fully use of the thin film evaporator to separate the free TDI. Compared to the three-step distillation process, this technology shows advantages of simple technology and less investment for facilities. It has shown that the present two-step separation by use of thin film evaporator for reduction of free TDI in polyurethane prepolymer is feasible.
