摘    要:喷雾干燥技术的机理及工艺优化常常只能采用实验的方法来分析和研究 ,缺乏理论研究 ,影响了喷雾干燥的技术经济指标。本文中的理论推导了逆流喷雾干燥过程的一维双向静态热力学数学模型 ,并用 MATL AB对其进行仿真 ,仿真结果说明 ,增大空气量比提高空气温度具有更好的技术经济性

Abstract:The thermo drying mechanism and technology optimization of spray drying is generally studied in experiments. However,there are few theories and research on its technical economic index.The paper strictly derives an one dimensionally two way coupling mathematical model for the counter current spray drying.It simulates a mathematical model for the spray drying process in the language of MATLAB.The simulation results can give us an effective scheme that increasing the air capacity is much economical than solely increasing the air temperature.
