微细粒级黑钨矿浮选现状

摘    要:从选矿工艺流程、浮选药剂、载体浮选和选择性絮凝等方面,介绍国内外黑钨细泥浮选现状,着重归纳国内在黑钨细泥浮选工艺及药剂研究所取得的突破性进展。近期选用以苯甲羟肟酸为主的混合捕收剂及以水玻璃为主的组合抑制剂和单一抑制剂BD,对柿竹园选厂含WO3 1.93%的加温尾矿采用浮-重选矿工艺进行工业试验,获得黑钨精矿含WO/-369.75%,回收率51.73%,钨中矿含WO3 29.80%,回收率16.34

Abstract:The present status of wolframite slime flotaton at home and abroad is introduced with regard to the technical flowsheet. flotation reagents, carrier flotation and selective flocculation. Emphasis is laid on the breakthrough of flotation processes and flotation reagents of wolfrahate slime in our country. Recently, the flotation-gravity separation process has been applied in the industrial test for the heated tailings (WO31. 93%) in Shizhuyuan Concentrating Plant. In the reagent regime, benzyl hydroxamic acid has been taken as the main collector and water glass as the main depressant. The industrial test results are as follows: the grade of wolframite concentrate is WO3 69. 75 % with the recovery of 51.73% and the grade of wolframite middlings is WO3 29j.80% with the recovery of 16. 34 %.
