流动注射式水质在线测控系统的研究

摘    要:以工业用水主要水质成分为研究对象,应用水质成分化学反应原理、新型化学流路设计理念、光电传感技术、计算机技术,研制了流动注射式水质在线测控系统。该系统除了具有传统水质监测的功能,还可控制有关的各类机械和电器硬件,实现了测控合一的水质分析自动化处理。相对传统水质分析仪器来说,结构简单、精度高、可靠性好、通用性强,提高了水质分析的速度、精度和自动化程度。

Abstract:An online measurement and control system of water-quality on FIA is successfully developed, which applied in analyzing the primary elements in the industrial water. In the system, many new technologies were applied, such as chemical principle of the primary elements of water, new type design concept of chemical flow, photo-electrical sensing technology, computer technology, especially combining with virtual instrument technology. The system realized auto-analyzing of water-quality by combining measurement with controlling, because it can control all relative kinds of mechanical and electrical hardware, in addition to the traditional function of analyzing water-quality. Comparing with traditional instrument of analyzing water-quality, it has more and better characters such as simple form, high level automation, high precision, good reliability, extensive utilities, so that greatly enhance velocity, veracity and automation of analyzing water-quality.
