| 摘 要： | 分析了采用短路线、低成本的后整理方法开发纳米远红外喷胶棉的可行性,介绍了纳米功能整理液的配制和纳米远红外喷胶棉产品的生产工艺,对试制的喷胶棉性能进行测试.结果表明,试制的喷胶棉在常温下的远红外发射率达到了86%,具有良好的保温保健功能.

| Abstract: | The feasibility of developing the nano-meter far infrared spraying-bonded wadding by means of short cut and low cost finishing method is analysed.The technological process is introduced and a experimental production is given.The result shows that the far infrared emission ratio reaches to 86 percent,and it has a better heat-preserve performance. |
