嵌入式系统硬件可靠性和抗干扰性技术

摘    要:抗干扰技术是一门多学科交叉科学,他由硬件抗干扰和软件抗干扰2大部分组成,本文结合实际工程中普遍存在的电磁干扰现象,就硬件抗干扰设计进行了详细地总结,分析了电磁干扰源、干扰途径及后果,提出了嵌入式系统硬件可靠性和抗干扰设计思想。详细总结和归纳了嵌入式系统电路中供电系统、信号传输通道、空间电磁场以及器件优化4个方面的抗干扰性设计方法,以及嵌入式系统印制电路板中电源和地线布线原则、时钟布线技术、信号延迟匹配设计、综合布局等几个方面的抗干扰可靠性设计思想。

Abstract:Antiinterference technology, consisting of hardware and software antiinterference, involves many subjects. Confronted the universal EMI in practical projects, this paper summarizes the hardware reliability and antiinterference design, analyzes EMI resources, approaches and aftereffects, puts forward the hardware reliability and anti-interference design thought in embeded system. Based on this thought, the design of power supply, signal transmitting channels, special electromagnetic field and elements optimization in circuit has been summarized detailedly,and also the power, clock, signal delay matching and holistic layout in PCB design.
