| 摘 要： | 系统地研究和分析了大型机械搅拌式浮选机—JJF-130m3型浮选机的带矿性能和工业应用效果,针对现场的矿石性质、药剂用量和磨矿细度,制定了试验内容,测定了浮选机的矿浆悬浮能力、对不同粒级矿物的分选效果,并对累计工业试验指标进行了对比分析。试验结果表明JJF-130m3型浮选机槽内矿浆粒度分布均匀,没有粗、细颗粒分层现象,浮选机矿粒悬浮能力好,液面不翻花。工业试验累计指标与国外某品牌同类型同容积浮选机相比:在原矿品位相当的情况下,精矿品位高0.22%,尾矿品位低0.07%,回收率高3.82%,浮选效率高3.70%,浮选机浮选性能优于国外某品牌浮选机,证明浮选机浮选效果好。

| Abstract: | The performance and industrial application of JJF-130m3 flotation machine are studied in this paper.According to the site condition,we developed a test content.The results show that no rough and fine layered phenomenon,excellent flotation capacity,the surface is not up to spend.Test results show that the industrial index is superior to foreign flotation machine. |
