| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了商业智能的产生、发展及其体系结构。从理论和技术两方面对商业智能的基础数据仓库以及它最成熟的在线工具联机分析处理（OLAP）进行了深入分析，包括数据仓库的特征、数据仓库的关键技术，OLAP的原理、数据结构及实现等。基于IBM的联机分析处理服务器Essbase，开发了商业智能产品，重点描述了其中间层Application Server的工作原理。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the development?architecture of business intelligence.Then theories and technologies of Data warehouse(the base of BI)and OLAP(the best tool of BI)are analyzed in detail,including the character of DW,the important technology of DW,the basic theories of OLAP,the data structure of OLAP and so on.In the end,how to build a BI application based on Essbase is discussed.The structure of Essbase and how to program with its API are refereed to.How the application server to work is showed in detail. |
