| 摘 要： | 多沙唑嗪是一种α-1受体阻滞剂,有选择性地作用于α-1受体,可改善良性前列腺增生(BPH)症状,又可降低血压.化学计量学二阶校正算法具有独特的"二阶优势",能够在未知干扰组分共存下,直接定量分析体系中感兴趣的组分.本文基于多沙唑嗪稳定的荧光性质,利用激发发射荧光矩阵(EEMs)结合二阶校正算法,成功地直接测定血浆样中多沙唑嗪.血浆样品不需做前期处理.它快速简便,比其它分析方法,既节约试剂又节约时间,是一种对复杂体系感兴趣组分进行直接定量分析的好工具.

| Abstract: | Doxazosin is a selective inhibitor of the alphal subtype of alpha adrenergic receptors.It was used in men to treat the symp- tom of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)with hypertension.Second-order calibration with its second-order advantage can be applied for a direct determination of interested components,even in the presence of unknown interferences.Benefited from doxazosin's stable fluorescence character,this paper proposed a new and effective approach for direct determination of doxazosin in human plasma... |
