| Abstract: | In order to realize archives opening and resources sharing, the position of digitalized archives management in an enterprise will be discussed in this paper. Principles for an overall planning and technical configurations will be offered to cater for different enterprises. Finally, a flow chart is demonstrated for the digitalized archives management to realize its functions. |
