紫外线诱变获得耐极低pH的氧化亚铁硫杆菌突变株

摘    要:一株自某金矿分离纯化而得到的最适pH2 0的氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Acidobacillusferrooxidans),经紫外线诱变处理、定向筛选后获得最适pH为1 2~2 0、且可在pH0 6的条件下生长的突变株。该菌株经过八代接种培养后氧化活性稳定。两菌株诱变前后的形态及生理特性比较表明,该诱变菌株为一氧化亚铁硫杆菌的变种。

Abstract:An original strain of Acidobacillus Ferrooxidans which is separated from a kind of gold ore with optimum pH 2.0 and high activity in oxidizing ferrous has been treated by ultraviolet irradiation. A mutant strain is obtained after a series of directional filtration which optimum pH is around 1.2~2.0 and can grow at the extremely condition of pH 0.6. Meanwhile it is stable after 8 times inoculating culturing. The comparison of morphology and physiology of the original strain and mutant strain indicates that the mutant strain is a kind of variety of Acidobacillus Ferrooxidans.
