| Abstract: | According to the forming characteristics of transverse wedge rolling using flatwedge-shaped tools, this paper has introduced the computing formulae of the contact width between metal and tool, the degree of reduction, the rolling force and the drive power. It can be calculated with thespecial computer program. Finally the computing example was presented. |
